Your appointment is important to me, allowing my business to grow and continue its success, but in order to do this efficiently I now have a cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

It is understandable that sometimes situations occur and you may need to reschedule your appointment, but I kindly ask that you provide at least 24-hours’ notice so that your allocated time can be passed on to a client who desperately wants it.

No-shows and late cancellations are killing small businesses across the UK and it also affects all you loyal, well-organised clients – sometimes you might want to book in but can’t because someone doesn’t show up, or cancels too late for you to take that appointment.

POLICY:
# LATE CANCELLATION (within 24 hours) & NO SHOWS will incur a £10 service fee. For no shows you will also be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee for your next appointment.
# LATE FOR APPOINTMENT will result in reduced treatment time.

As a courtesy, I send a reminder of your appointment by your preferred method (text, email or Facebook message) the day before, however if I am unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time, and if you do need to cancel, to do so in good time.
